Slow Waves

I have had problems getting to sleep for years. I took Ambien once and woke up with one foot on the floor, covers half on, the bed side lamp lit and no memory of how it happened. Never again! I usually take melatonin, but its effectiveness seems to wear off after a while. Jupiter Slow Waves is very gentle and natural, does not give a hangover, like the OTC synthetic stuff, antihistamines I think they are. If you take this stuff about 30-45 minutes before sleep hour, put this danged tablet down, pick up a book and read a bit, you will probably go to sleep. It is worth a try.

For the past couple of months I've been having issues sleeping throughout the night, and not getting a good nights sleep. I would wake up about 3 hours into going to bed, and then up for 1-2 hours. I've tried regular sleeping pills, melatonin, benedryl, you name it, I've tried it. Then a friend of mine had recommended these sleep cpasules and gave me 20 to try. Let me tell you, this not only helps you go to sleep but will allow a peaceful nights sleep. I still wake up in the middle of the night, but I'm able to fall back asleep easily. Very happy with this product.

I've been using them 7 days now and they have worked VERY well every night. About 30 min after taking the capsule I feel relaxed and after about an hour I feel sleepy - not drowsy but, like I need some rest. I sleep more soundly, don't wake up as often and I feel more rested in the morning.

I do not sleep well lately. I can’t fall asleep and I wake up multiple times during the night. I started taking these about a week ago and every single night I have slept really well. There was only one night I couldn’t get to sleep, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as what I normally deal with it. Also I didn’t take it that night until I went to bed. My fault. If I take it about an hour before bed it works fantastically. I can’t take melatonin. It doesn’t make me feel good and I dream if anything way too hard. To the point that it wakes me up. This product really works for me.

This product is the real deal. My aunt, who is a nurse, recommended I try it and I'm glad she did. I take the supplement as needed and so do some of my family members. We all notice better sleep as we are able to fall asleep faster and wake up less frequently.
